How to Order Groceries with Bento

Please see below for a step-by-step guide to ordering your weekly groceries.

Reply ENROLL when you receive a text message from the Bento number 23104.

Text ORDER to 23104 to begin your order.

You might be asked for your address. If so, enter your full street address in one message including street, city, and zip code.

Don't worry if you don't get this step, though! That just means we have your address on file. You can change it at the next step if you need to.

Update your address if you are asked to.

Select the store you want to order from.

Tip! Reply with the number of the store you want. For example, if you want to order from the second store, you would respond 2.

Tip! We will only show you stores that can deliver to you. Don't worry if a store appears far away.

Select which box you would like by replying with the number next to it.

Select the date and time for your delivery.

Your order is still not confirmed at this step, even though we reserved the date and time for you! You MUST confirm your order!

Confirm your delivery time by responding with 0.

Submit your order. Assuming everything looks good, respond with 1 to confirm.

That's it! Your order has been placed and will be delivered to you at the date and time you selected.
