Sugar Snap Pea and Carrot Sauté
Ingredients
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup diagonally cut carrots
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce*
1 tsp rice vinegar*
1 tsp dark sesame oil*

Directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat pan with cooking spray.
Add sugar snap peas and carrots, and sauté for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining ingredients.
