Sugar Snap Pea and Carrot Sauté

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar snap peas

  • 1 cup diagonally cut carrots

  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce*

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar*

  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil*

Directions

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Coat pan with cooking spray.

  • Add sugar snap peas and carrots, and sauté for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

  • Remove from heat, and stir in the remaining ingredients.
