Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
1 ripe banana
1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract *
4 ounces cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon lemon zest *

Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Zest lemon.
Blend until smooth and at desired consistency. Enjoy!
