Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract *

  • 4 ounces cottage cheese

  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest *

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Zest lemon.

  • Blend until smooth and at desired consistency. Enjoy!
